The location of the hotel is just perfect, nestled in the Valley of the Shadow, providing a serene and peaceful atmosphere. It is also conveniently close to the southern national park, allowing guests to easily explore the stunning natural beauty of the area. the hotel maintains a beautiful tropical garden that adds to the overall ambiance.
One downside is that the Wi-Fi service could still be improved, as it may not be as reliable or fast as some guests would prefer.

It was a big advantage to stay within 15 minutes’ stroll from blinky beach. Easy access to Lord Howe Island airport, which was about 5 minutes' drive away. Location, an easy walk to all attractions...

From the exclusive amenities to the impeccable service, everything was perfect. the swimming pool and private facilities were top-notch, and the location advantages were breathtaking.
The only minor issue we had was the limited room service options. the restaurant menu made up for it with delicious and elegant dishes.

We spent Christmas at this resort and enjoyed the beautiful views of the mountains and ocean from our room. The all-inclusive tariff allowed us to have quality wine with our meals and the food was excellent. We also appreciated the complimentary cocktails and canapés in the evenings. The staff were friendly and accommodating throughout our stay.
The resort is located quite far from the town and the walk back uphill can be quite challenging. We were disappointed to find that there were no lunch options available and we had to venture out to town to find something to eat.

What an amazing weekend! the location of the hotel was stunning, with breathtaking views of the ocean and unique rainforest hikes. the food was exquisite, with fresh seafood and a daily changing menu. the staff was helpful and knowledgeable about the area. Plus, the included transportation made exploring the island a breeze.
the small planes used for transportation had strict baggage weight limits, which made it difficult to pack for the weekend getaway.
